As a Project Manager, you will oversee highly technical construction projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while managing the project lifecycle from conceptual budgets to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage field crews with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners.
- Mentor and develop professionals within the team, driving talent growth.
- Execute strategic planning and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Oversee project budgets, scheduling, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Promote and enforce best practices in safety and risk management.
- Lead contract reviews and negotiations to mitigate risk and ensure favorable terms.
- Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, equipment, and tools.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections, maintaining positive cash flow.
- Support project commissioning, startup, and owner training efforts.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Building Construction or a high school diploma with 5+ years of construction supervisory experience in mechanical trades.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing mechanical commercial construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in Job Cost software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
