We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to upper management. Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments.
Support upper management with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, etc.).
