Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Organizing workstations: grill, oven, soups, etc.
* Following recipes and instructions for daily menu
* Dish preparation.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
* Following health and safety guidelines diligently.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook in a full-service kitchen or equivalent setting.
* Must be 18 years or older.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation protocols.
* Intermediate knife skills and other kitchen tools and equipment.
* Physical fitness to handle tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
* Own required attire: black and white chef coat, black non-slip shoes, bistro apron, slacks, skull cap, and any additional accessories required for the role such as a knife kit.
* A smartphone and email for seamless communication.
* Reliable transportation to reach our exciting job sites.
