Kariella is looking to hire a F/T Store Manager (Some weekends required). MUST be extremely reliable and have flexible availability as you will be responsible for running the show. You will be managing a staff of 3+ MUST have a minimum of 1 years of retail management experience be driven and used to working with sales goals. MUST be highly organized and take direction well.
Responsibilities include:
Covering shifts
Trainings
Store Meetings
Scheduling
Employee bonuses
Setting and Achieving Sales Goals
Enforcing policies and procedures
Maintaining cleanliness
Absolving customer service issues
Tracking supplies
$24hr + employee discount and 401K matching. Pay Depends on Experience.
