The Leidos Partnership for Defense Health is seeking a
Clinical Project Engagement Lead to work REMOTELY and support its $4.6B single award DHMSM IDIQ contract, known as MHS GENESIS. This highly visible program provides modernization of Electronic Health Records (EHR) capabilities for the Department of Defense, supporting nearly 10 million service members and their families worldwide. While every healthcare system is addressing quality, user experience and cost, the MHS GENESIS program has the added challenge of delivering these objectives within the DOD security environment, at the DOD's global scale, all while supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA)'s vision of a medically ready force - which is essential to our national defense.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThe Clinical Project Engagement Lead will join the Clinical team responsible for the clinical optimization of the electronic health record, MHS GENESIS. Your efforts will support the Wave Task Order optimization and sustainment of MHS GENESIS to support clinical quality and user efficiency. Primary responsibilities include:
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of an over-arching project plan that spans multiple sub-projects
- Develop new processes to support comprehensive workflow reviews and sustainment cyclic process
- Plan, monitor, and manage project tasks, timelines, and milestones under aggressive timelines
- Create process visuals with presentations to a large group of senior stakeholders
- Responsible for quality of project deliverables and reporting metrics weekly
- Day to day oversight of multiple groups working simultaneously
- Manage daily, weekly, and ad hoc meetings, to include development of agendas, presentations, briefings, meeting minutes, and action item assignments
- Develop, recommend, and implement new solutions to problems, processes, and issues that are unclear and require analyses using clinical knowledge and PM skills
- Interface frequently with customers, executive-level management, government officials, functional leaders, subcontractors, and/or support personnel
- Evaluate use of multiple communication tools for sharing large amounts of work to multiple groups
- Prepare collaterals and prep for approval gate events. Gate events are frequent and time sensitive and geared to seek government approval for continuation of work.
FACTORS FOR SUCCESS- BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
- US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance based on the minimum of a Tier 3 investigation. Federal Government requirement.
- PMP highly preferred.
- Previous experience in large scale Clinical project management
- Previous experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium
- Competent in Microsoft Office

Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
