join us! YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFEWe are looking for a
GKA Customer Projects Success Manager in USA. Your mission will be to:
- Develop a project management system for customer and internal projects across the GKA organization. This will include internal strategic projects such as Lab improvements, new methods & platforms, Innovation targets as well as external customer projects for new business.
- Lead & facilitate project meetings (internal/external) with clear actionable deliverables and assigned responsibilities and timelines.
- Lead alignment with internal and external customer requirements (e.g. specifications, deadlines, costs)
- Monitor progress on project deliverable and provide solutions for deviations from timelines or escalate as needed.
- Effectively prioritize multiple projects and deliverables with stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery.
- Provide high level, animated updates to relevant leadership, stakeholders to illustrate progress, and successes.
- Build resource plans under the direction of project leaders where needed for assigned projects.
- Provide updates to the GKA organization on any business intel & opportunities that may arise from your regular interactions with the customer,
- Perform other related duties as needed.
YOUR PROFILE- BS/BA degree in food science or Chemistry or similar, obtained through related job experience, broad knowledge in food science
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills are required for building departmental collaboration to deliver projects effectively and on time.
- Two (2) plus years in cross functional (regional/global) project management, coordination & successful delivery

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- In person attendance in customer meetings and internal meetings
- Meetings outside work hours (time zones)
- The position works in an administrative office or laboratory environment. Occasional exposure to laboratory fumes, chemical, and materials may occur and protective laboratory coat and safety glasses must be worn when visiting laboratory facilities. The incumbent can expect extended time spent in a sitting position
Travel
- Travel (regional, global) will be required for projects or customer meetings, 25% of time.
