We are seeking a highly qualified Program Director to lead our clinical team and customer service representatives. This position requires a licensed therapist capable of supervising associate therapists (clinical case managers) and ensuring that clients' progress is meticulously monitored throughout a 3-month treatment process. The Program Director will play a key role in managing departmental operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff.

Qualifications:- Must be a licensed therapist (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
- Authorization to supervise associate therapists in the state of employment.
- Experience working with government/government contracts is a plus.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse, or related fields is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing complex schedules and workflows.
