I am the principal of a charter middle school who has suffered workplace hostility, intimidation, ageism, and sabotage on the part of my immediate supervisor. Now, after filing a complaint against her on 9/27 (and subsequent complaints throughout October), I can now add workplace retaliation. Yesterday I was placed on paid admin leave with no explanation yet, and I was escorted off campus by HR. It is imperative that I secure representation to respond on my behalf and take this case. While I've been locked out of work email (where most of my written evidence is), I have some evidence in text messages. I also have numerous witnesses to the allegations I'm claiming against my supervisor including a 3rd party investigator; multiple staff members, board members - including the founder/Board President, HR, and outside vendors brought in to mediate. Since I filed an official claim of harassment against my supervisor, and since that claim has yet to be officially addressed, I should have been in a protected class. I am hoping someone will see the value in this case and reach out to me. I am also requesting monthly payments - if any based on your evaluation this case.
