Powell's Books is looking to hire a Marketing Operations Manager.
The Marketing Operations Manager will play a key role in refining the systems, tools, and processes that help our marketing team run smoothly and effectively. We’re looking for someone skilled at spotting gaps or pain points and working collaboratively to create smart, elegant solutions that empower teammates to perform at their best. Clear communication and respect for others are essential, but so is a willingness to be candid when it comes to improving our work. Most importantly, marketing is a team effort—and it’s inherently fun! This is a fully remote position. Oregon residency is required.
The regular schedule will be 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. This position is Full-time/exempt/salaried.
Compensation is $63K/yr - $89K/yr, depending on experience.
