Pay: $20-$22/hr starting pay without experience. Experienced technicians may be offered a higher wage.
Job Type: full-time
Shift and Schedule: M-F plus weekends as needed, on call rotation, including evenings and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- respond quickly to water damage emergency calls and be prepared to drive to site as soon as requested
- evaluate the water damage situation, potentially extracting water, and setting up equipment
- maintain, clean, and keep inventory of all tools and equipment needed for the job (including seasonal maintenance)
- effectively communicate with customers the key areas of a work contract, discuss any issues that are found, and the plan of action to complete the job
- manage multiple lines of communication with fellow technicians, administration / office staff, and the referrer of the job if necessary
- uphold proper safety precautions throughout the project and leave the work space in a clean / good condition once the job is finished
Position Requirements
-valid driver’s license
-ability to work occasional on-call shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Previous restoration or construction work is preferred, IICRC certification is a plus
Skills and Physical Demands
- ability to lift 50lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100lb with assistance
- ability to work in tall spaces sometimes on ladders and tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces)
- ability to work around various cleaning agents
