Part Time Maintenance Person Needed!
We are hiring for a part time maintenance person at Central Carson Self Storage.
The individual we hire must be responsible, a self starter, honest, dependable and self reliant.
It is an hourly position as well as an on call position.
Maximum hours is 15 a week with no guarantee you will work a full 15 hours.
Knowledge of the Storage industry is not required but a plus.
Job duties include but no limited to:
• Sweeping the halls
• Cleaning units that are left dirty, along with hauling junk or garbage to the dumpster.
• Maintaining trees and bushes to keep them from over growing.
• Making sure the storage yard and surrounding parking lots stay clear of debris and trash.
• Basic landscaping
• Cutting locks
• Helping with the elevators should they get stuck
• Changing lights
• Helping tenants when and if Property Manager is not immediately available.
We ask that you have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to Reno to provide support to our sister facility.
Travel time to be included.
