For more than 50 years, our restricted-access, online and printed references have supported efforts to authenticate government-issued documents from around the world.
Position:
We have an opening in our B2B customer support and renewal area, with responsibility for our financial industry subscribers, including U.S. banks, credit unions, and fintech companies, mostly long-term customers.
Tasks include: • Support our relationship with existing long-time customers by phone and email, and renew their annual order for books or online references.
• Maintain accurate CRM database history of interaction with those subscribers and prospects.
• Handle new financial institution inquiries regarding our printed or online references.
Skills needed: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident, diligent, and personable.
• Self starter; able to work independently.
• Solid computer skills (MS Suite; CRM familiarity, etc.)

The Drivers License Guide Company publishes several printed Guides that show sample images and related text for government-issued documents: Identity cards; drivers’ licenses; immigration documents; consular cards, etc. These printed Guides are updated and published annually.
Additionally, we publish this document information on our online ID reference sites, where authorized subscribers in businesses and government agencies verify document formats.
