Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Sand City, CA
Pay: $23-$24/hr
About the job:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will manage social media platforms, assist with partner relationships, and support event planning and database management. This role combines creativity, organization, and technical skills to drive marketing initiatives and foster engagement.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience with CRM software (preferred)
- Can manage online reputation effectively
- Is comfortable using WordPress-Elementor
- Is skilled in MailChimp or Constant Contact
- Is proficient in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest
- Has experience with Canva (a plus)
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Is a self-starter with strong communication skills
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
What you'll do:
- Oversee social media platforms, including strategy, graphic creation, content, and engagement
- Assist with the needs of new and existing referring partners
- Perform data entry and calendar management
- Prepare daily and weekly marketing reports
- Assist in managing CRM databases
- Help with marketing event planning and facilitation
- Manage marketing route gift bag creation and cost-out
- Order marketing items and apparel
