Key Responsibilities include:
• Demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer service
• Detailed and timely follow-up with owners, tenants and agents
• Perform property showings
• Thorough property inspections pre and post rental
• Work to ensure property/asset value maximization
• Customized and personal service for each client’s needs
• Lead management, client reservations and contract execution
• Analyze and anticipate problems and provide real-time solutions
• Provide weekend support to owners and tenants
• Work with property owners and tenants on maintenance issues
• Ensure vendor compliance with strict home security protocols
• Detailed and thorough invoice processing
• Be flexible and committed to being available at all times during the busy season,
including some weekend time
• Willing to take on new projects

• Understanding of Contracts and regulations related to property management
• Skilled in time management, able to multi-task, prioritize and be exceptionally
organized in a fast-paced, high growth environment

• Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Forward thinking and pro-active problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have an active CA Real Estate Agent license or be willing to secure a
license within the first 6 months
