What You'll Do:
We are currently searching for a professional, energetic Property Manager for our beautiful 160 Unit apartment community in Davis, CA. As a Property Manager, we know you do much more than sitting behind a desk directing others: you lead by example, roll your sleeves up and walk the property with your maintenance team, build healthy and long-lasting relationships with your residents, overcome challenges and address emergencies with flexibility and adaptability. Knowledge of the HUD Program/Affordable housing is a plus.
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm.
*If hired on or before 12/31/2024 a one-time bonus of $1,500 will be paid on the first payroll after 60 days (less applicable taxes). To be eligible, candidates need to have mentioned the sign on bonus during initial contact with an HR Representative/Recruiter. Previous, referred or current employees are ineligible.
What You'll Bring:
-2-3 years experience as Property Manager for multifamily apartments and supervise a staff of (3-4 employees). HUD Program knowledge will be helpful.
-Computer proficiency in software/database skills, calendar management, and social media. (Yardi, Rent Cafe, Yieldstar, CRM)
-Position requires excellent communication, organizational and managerial skills.
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends should your team need you.
-Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws, and regulations.

The salary range for this position is $32-35 per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to leasing and renewal commissions and mileage reimbursement. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
