Title: Technical Business Analyst Remote/Onsite: Day 1 onsite FTE Salary: $120 - $125K Contracting: $52/hr W2 C2H (contract to hire after 6 months) Location: Dallas, TX Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Design, integration, and release of electrical/electronic components software and architecture requirements for heavy and medium-duty commercial truck vehicles.
- Integrate and release management of embedded electronics software to support vehicle hardware integration.
- Complete engineering change notice documentation to manage old and new software and use proprietary software to issue part bid requests.
- Understand electronics engineering requirements specification and work with project management processes to maintain schedule, budget, scope, and functionality.
- Plan and track verification and validation of components and fully integrated software solutions.
- Support launch at truck assembly plants as needed and resolve field issues as identified.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with product definition, software developers, suppliers, mechanical engineers, manufacturing engineers, and other professionals to ensure quality delivery.
- Demonstrated planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork, mentoring, collaboration, and cross-functional communication skills.
Required - B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent degree required.
- Experience with tier 1 supplier management, selection, hardware/software development, validation, and release.
- Embedded electronics integrated software on target technical requirement specification development and execution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean, collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good planning/tracking skills.
- Competency with standard business software tools (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Able to learn and use new processes and techniques and resourcefully solve complex technical issues.

Desired - Awareness of automotive, medium, and heavy-duty commercial truck regulations.
- Experience with V-model design development and validation processes.
- Experience in automotive or similar technical requirements specification design and release.
- Safety, on Board Diagnostics, and other areas impacting electrical/electronic design, architecture, and functionality.
- Knowledge of DFSS tools including FMEA, QFD, etc.
- Embedded real-time systems design and implementation.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, DNG, ALM, Quality center
