For the Outside Sales position-
What you'll be doing:
• Learning about all things automotive and how to sell to local customers.
• Customer focus as you assist them in their questions and needs.
• Embody the “Know How” attitude to everyone you interact with
• Customer focus as you create relationships and sell to customers
• Develop sales plans with manager/owner to increase revenue and customer base
• Embodying the “Know How” attitude to everyone you talk to
• Call and visit existing customers to grow relationships
• Be informed of and share new NAPA products and sales promotions
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance
What you'll need:
• A desire to learn and grow as a salesperson
• Willingness to learn about auto parts, plus if you already have experience in this
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license
MUST have extensive auto parts experience or knowledge.
