E&D Logistics is looking for motivated individuals who are looking to service the public. We have immediate openings for Non-CDL Drivers (If you have a regular Driver License, you qualify). We offer an opportunity for you to earn a great wage and (LARGE TIPS!).
This is only Full-time!!! 5 days a week - Tuesday to Saturday
As a driver, you will be the main point of contact for our company and will directly interact with customers/partners. You will have the opportunity to be a team lead, or Ops Manager as we expand.
As a Driver you will have a partner, and together provide an awesome customer service experience in the handling of our partners goods and delivery schedule. You will combine your general labor experience with your customer service talents to provide the best customer/partner experience.
Job Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, wrap and unwrap a customers belongings provided by our partners
-Assemble furniture using power tools as needed
-Greet customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the space for which items are to be placed
-Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
-Conduct your truck inspections and equipment inventory
-Accurately complete electronic paperwork
-Be extremely careful with customer goods, no one likes damages.
-You will load NEW furniture early in the morning, and begin to delivery on or about 8am.
Requirements:
-Because delivering is a tough job, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer support and appreciation for hard work
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Outgoing and friendly personality
-Outstanding customer service skills
-Professional attitude and demeanor when dealing with partners and customers
-Experience in the fields of general labor, loading, landscaping, moving, construction, or warehouse helpful
-Stamina to lift heavy items (150 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
-Good hand-eye coordination
-Great communication
-Valid driver's license and good driving record, if applying as a driver
-Ability to pass a pre-employment Background
-Ability to pass Drug Test
-Be responsible and accountable
