We are seeking two residential solar and battery installation technicians.
This is currently for the Orange County area, with some jobs stretching into Los Angeles.
Desired Candidate:
At least 1 year of installation experience handling all electrical aspects of installation
Capable of installing solar energy systems start to finish (roof mounting and electrical work included).
Ideally, already knowledgeable installing Tesla Powerwalls
Maintains safe work practices
Has excellent communication skills
What you will do:
Complete installation of Solar and Battery Systems
May also need to:
Pull select BOS materials for each installation job
Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers throughout the installation process
Interact with the customer with a professional appearance and attitude.
Specific Qualities:
Strong knowledge and usage of hand tools/power tools
Knowledge of electrical components, ability to read project plans
Team player and positive attitude
No fear of heights, comfortable on ladders, ability to lift heavy objects, Climbing, squatting, reaching, bending
Necessary Skills:
Experience with conduit bending and installation, troubleshooting and repair
Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards,
batteries, and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, materials, etc.
Great work ethic and punctual with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working on roofs, in high or tight areas, pride in workmanship
