Position: Director of Operations and HR
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage our two outer licensed offices and lead the expansion with new branches in Sacramento and San Diego.
• Drive national account marketing.
• Coordinate between HQ, licensed offices, and branches for mutual growth through referrals, subcontracts, and joint sales initiatives.
• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, policy development, and compliance.
• Prepare quarterly/monthly budgets, engage in strategic growth planning, and handle contractor legalities.
• Monitor financials, review credit card statements, and manage some legal matters.
What You'll Bring:
• Proven experience in marketing and sales.
• HR experience, ideally with certification in the field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and internet research.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and management skills to lead and motivate.
• Commitment to excellence in customer service and brand representation.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn, travel, and work some evenings, nights, and weekends for emergencies.
