POSITION SUMMARY:
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading, and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. When at the warehouse, will also be responsible for assisting the warehouse personnel in administrative tasks as well as maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery Driver
Conducts inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods.
Packs and loads products onto trucks according to company’s specifications.
Delivers orders to customers on assigned routes.
Maintains ongoing communication with Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
Unloads goods as per client specifications
Reviews deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
Obtains delivery confirmations from each customer.
Warehouse Clerk
Assists the warehouse personnel in any administrative tasks as determined by the Warehouse Supervisor
Maintains a clean and organized warehouse.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of 1 year as Delivery Driver.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to comprehend and follow written or verbal instructions in English. Able to comprehend and act on information presented in group settings such as training sessions or meetings involving all personnel in their department, job class and/or plant meetings.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, both English and Metric using common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
SPECIAL INDUSTRY SPECIFIC SKILLS:

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record

Hourly Rate: $19 - $22 per hour
Work Schedule: 6am to 2:30pm
