About Us:
We are excited to announce the launch of a new cafe and bakery under the leadership of MAZRA, the highly successful Restaurant. Our Bakehouse Cafe will offer a curated menu of specialty Espresso drinks, blended beverages, and exceptional levantine pastries, all crafted with the highest quality ingredients and attention to detail.
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Lead Barista to join our team and bring our cafe vision to life. If you have a deep love for coffee, a knack for customer service, and the desire to help build something extraordinary, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages, including specialty and signature drinks.
Maintain high standards of coffee preparation, presentation, and quality control.
Manage daily cafe operations, including inventory, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
Train and mentor junior baristas to ensure consistency and excellence.
Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with the team to develop new drink recipes and seasonal offerings.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a barista.
Proficiency in operating professional-grade espresso machines and other cafe equipment.
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
