General Responsibilities:
•Answer phone calls and act as the first point of contact for the team, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
•Oversee and maintain paper and electronic filing systems to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
•Stocking office essentials
•Perform data entry and support various administrative functions.
•Complete ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
•Advanced skills in managing online tasks, including medical portals, vendor portals, DocuSign, and being resourceful with online research and navigation.
Requirements:
•Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Self-starter
•Flexible and able to accommodate changes in routine and plans
•Reliable and punctual
•Able to work legally in the United States
