Mill Industries, Inc. seeks multiple Lifecycle Marketers in San Bruno, CA.
Responsibilities: The Lifecycle Marketer is responsible for developing and implementing campaign strategy aimed at boosting paid member conversion, increasing engagement and retention, reviving churned users, and generating referrals. Duties include: developing and implementing marketing strategy and conducting market analysis; setting campaign strategy, measurable KPIs, and reporting metrics for various lifecycle channels; designing, executing, and analyzing user experience research aimed at driving new member growth and improving existing member engagement; analyzing and optimizing expensive structured query language (SQL) queries; creating seamless onboarding flows, transactional emails, and other essential Lifecycle programs with the Marketing and Product teams; championing the adoption of new technologies within the marketing technology platforms and software that align with lifecycle objectives; developing the necessary marketing requirements documents to onboard new software and systems to support the success of our Lifecycle program; ensuring customer communications is implemented in product launches and marketing by working with the Product Team; identifying and scoping out the required email, SMS, and push notifications to support new product launches and ongoing initiatives; delivering on our overarching customer communications roadmap, ensuring a unified and high-quality experience across both product and marketing touchpoints; optimizing content for search engines to drive organic traffic; implementing search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve keyword ranking; running A/B tests across various marketing channels, refining campaign components, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and user engagement; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to Mill Industries headquarters in San Bruno, California. Salary range $155k-$175k.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 5 years of experience in the job offered or related. Other special requirements include: 5 years of experience working with Braze and/or equivalent ESPs, Jira, Figma, Extole, or similar marketing tools; 4 years of experience performing Search Engine Optimization or other user analyses to increase user interactivity; 4 years of experience developing and implementing email, lifecycle, or other marketing campaigns; and 5 years of experience expanding and optimizing marketing outreach in collaboration with analytics, product, and engineering teams.
