NOW INTERVIEWING for a start position in February! We are friendly, fast paced dental office that is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented front office member to join our strong and dedicated team. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting our patients with a positive attitude. Assistance with with dental billing and insurance processing, as well as patient scheduling and treatment presentation will be necessary. If you possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of dental insurance protocols (or ability to learn), and a passion for delivering excellent patient care, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Enter New Patient Data, Answer phone/email/text, Greet and processing of payments upon dismissal.
- Scheduling patients in an efficient manner to fill holes in the providers' schedule
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients, obtaining necessary authorizations and pre-certifications as required
- Address and resolve insurance-related inquiries and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
- Assist with treatment coordination
- Efficient scheduling to meet production goals
Requirements:
-Reliable, Positive, and Professional
- Preferred experience working as a Dental Billing and Insurance Coordinator, Office Manager, Patient Care Coordinator or in a similar role within a dental practice, however not necessary
- Strong knowledge of the dental industry
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
