Liberty Tax Service is currently seeking motivated individuals for Seasonal
Data Entry / Customer Service Associate positions on a Full and Part-time basis during
the tax season. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for
coordinating and managing various tasks, including the initial greeting of
customers, handling incoming phone calls, making outgoing thank-you calls,
managing the appointment log, distributing completed tax returns, preparing
client packets, data entry, and providing fingerprinting services.
Additional clerical duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain
organizational efficiency.
* Adherence to instructions and the ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment.
* Strong learning aptitude and basic computer skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and
professional demeanor.
* Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a clear and articulate
command of the English language.
* A passion for assisting others, coupled with strong phone etiquette.
* Proven track record of consistent and reliable attendance.
* Experience is welcomed but not required; recent graduates are
encouraged to apply.
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
