Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agricultural Tractor Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural tractors and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair agricultural tractors and equipment, including hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and system checks.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
Operate diagnostic tools and equipment to assess machinery performance.
Keep detailed records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a tractor mechanic or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with a variety of agricultural equipment brands and models.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts.
Comfortable working in outdoor and workshop environments.
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
