Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise all aspects of store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Train and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure they are knowledgeable about store products and services.
3. Monitor and improve store sales and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting store products and services.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses, and prepare reports for upper management.
6. Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
7. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displays and inventory.
8. Adhere to all shipping and packing regulations to ensure the safe delivery of customer packages.
9. Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
Requirements:Worked with The Ups Store
1. High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
2. Prior management experience in a retail or customer service setting.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
6. Knowledge of basic business and accounting principles.
7. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
8. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
