Insurance agent requirements:
*Ability to execute business development campaigns
*Desire and dedication for a long term professional career
*Strong sales/closing skills and willingness to prospect and grow a book of business
*Excellent interpersonal communications skills
*Good phone skills, exceptional listening skills and above average problem solving ability
