Mayacama, a private golf club located in Santa Rosa is seeking individuals who have a passion for creating the most memorable experiences for our members and guests, whether a stay in our Villas, a treatment in our Spa or a round of Golf on our World Class Championship course.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team as Guest Services. The applicant must be able to work flexible hours and weekends. A genuine smile and a warm welcome is what our members and guests will experience as you greet them upon their arrival.
We are looking to hire one (1) Part Time position and the desired schedule would be :
Friday 3pm -11:30pm
Saturday 3pm - 11:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome and escort arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner from their Casita or Villa.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Ensure timely delivery of luggage to rooms
Provides information about their room upon arrival
Remain presence at the Turn or Lobby at all times
Provide informative information about the Club and the local area
Provides pickup from local Sonoma County Airport to Club upon request.
Qualifications:
Previous customer related experience (preferably in hospitality industry)
Ability to focus attention on guest needs at all times
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Must remain calm and courteous at all times
Must be 21 and have a clean DMV record
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
