We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the residential construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from experienced architects, structural engineers, and project managers while working on diverse and exciting projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and structural details.
• Assist in measuring existing structures and creating as-is drawings.
• Perform site inspections during construction to ensure compliance with plans and schedules.
• Support construction project management, including coordination with trades and subcontractors.
• Visit job sites to verify that construction aligns with project plans and timelines.
• Drive to various job sites across the Bay Area.
• Occasionally lift materials, climb ladders, and work in construction environments.
Qualifications:
• Currently residing in the Bay Area (relocation costs will not be covered).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to lift moderate loads and work on construction sites.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in the construction industry.
• Ability to follow schedules and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is a plus.
• A degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering is a plus.
