We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join Radvand Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing vendor relationships, coordinating schedule for the meetings, follow up with the clients, handling the marketing part of the operations.
DUITIES (NOT LIMITED):
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly stored
- Oversee front desk activities, including answering phones, follow up with the clients, responsible for interacting and handling potential clients requests;
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records;
- Bookeeping and filing records;
- Coordinate and plan office events, including meetings and conferences
- Schedule management for appointments, meetings;
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in vendor management and customer service
-Strong knowledge of MS Office,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in phone systems and other office equipment
- Experience in clerical duties such as data entry and record keeping
- Excellent schedule management abilities
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
