Our sales position involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales of branded merchandise. Responsibilities include managing accounts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with clients to create customized promotional solutions. Candidate will be required to schedule weekly meetings and perform cold walk in's to local businesses for lead generation. Preferably located in or near Petaluma, CA.

2) Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills - Emails, phone calls, and face to face meeting will be critical to success.

4) Accountability - Responsible for achieving monthly goals.
Job Expectations:
Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
-Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their promotional goals
-Provide exceptional customer services to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques
- Identify new business opportunities and purse leads to expand the client base.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
-Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's promotional merchandise offerings
-Effectively present products to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations
Compensation:
Annual Base Range - $18,000 to $24,000
% Commission will be offered in addition to base.
Total On Target Earnings (OTE) Potential in Year 1 - $50,000 - $70,000+

Workplace:
- First 30 days candidate will be in our office working with our team for knowledge transfer.
- After candidate can work remotely will daily virtual check in's and weekly visits to our office.
