We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our innovative team in Santa Barbara. This role is responsible for some of the most visible and impactful work at Hudson because they impact how our clients experience our services. Program Coordinators connect with customers, produce client-facing materials, manage on-site and virtual programs, and support their teams through various unique projects. This role will split their time working from home, from the Hudson Santa Barbara Office and Program venue sites.

Essential Success Factors
Develop Project Plans and execute time-sensitive projects. Ability to learn and leverage new technology.
Project examples:
Enrollment and marketing initiatives for our public programs
Process improvements for our programs (e.g., introducing improved scheduling software, automating data entry to CRM, etc.)
Identifying venues for programs in new locations
For all Projects, Program Coordinators are expected to:
Carefully plan the project

Customer Facing Skills
A successful candidate will have a professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of customers.
Material Design & Creation
Design and produce client-facing materials such as manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing collateral
Retool existing materials to ensure consistency in design and messaging
Maintain and update online resources for our public programs
Program Coordination
Coordinate accurate and timely delivery of various aspects of virtual and on-site events: materials, facilitators, a/v materials, etc.
Support clients by answering questions regarding programs, pricing, invoicing, etc.
Ensure smooth customer experience from the point of sale through program completion
Support the creation of proposals for clients in coordination with Program Managers
Professional Experience
3+ years of work experience, ideally with administrative, program coordination, or sales support experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Work experience must demonstrate organization and customer service skills
Organization skills with high attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Google Suite a plus
Experience with Adobe Suite preferred
Passion for leadership development and/or coaching
