Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with experience in retail environments, as well as experience in lighting would be a added value
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process POS (Point of Sale) transactions efficiently
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in lighting is a bonus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to promote additional products
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
