Superintendent - Fitness Center Project
Job overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent specializing in retail building projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project management, with a focus on coordinating and overseeing retail construction sites.
Key responsibilities include:
Obtaining supplemental permits.
Obtaining and evaluating bids from contractors and suppliers.
Negotiating, evaluating and securing the best pricing from contractors.
Reviewing and negotiating change orders.
Managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Conduct a clean and efficient worksite.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15,000.00 per month
Schedule:8 hour shift
Ability to Relocate: Canoga Park, CA 91303: Relocate before starting work (Required)
