The Strategy Sr. Manager is a unique opportunity within Edwards' TMTT (Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies) organization. We are looking for a hands-on candidate who will play a key role in developing and executing TMTT's strategy. This role will contribute to our annual strategic planning process, independently execute in-depth strategic analyses, and synthesize key strategic topics for an executive audience.

Work Schedule: This position is an onsite role in Irvine, CA.
How you will make an impact:- Develop and oversee key strategic initiatives that guide and enhance strategic operating mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional partners.
- Develop impactful presentations to facilitate communication of findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop tools and processes to assess potential risks, such as competitive or other market threats, and integrate risk management into strategy formulation.
- Develop market and value assessment metrics where appropriate in partnership with functional partners.
- Analyze potential strategy opportunities utilizing pro-forma models and analysis to provide recommendations and determine key financial metrics and market opportunity by consolidating market models with supporting assumptions.
What you will need (required):- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of related work experience, OR Master's Degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of related experience.
- 5 years of experience direct experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, or marketing and sales

For California, the base pay range for this position is $138,000 to $196,000 (highly experienced).
