Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with expertise in Archicad to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and documentation for high-end residential projects. You will play a key role in translating design concepts into detailed drawings that guide our projects from concept to construction.
Responsibilities:
• Produce accurate and detailed drawings, plans, and construction documents using Archicad.
• Collaborate closely with the principal to develop and refine project designs.
• Manage revisions and updates to project documentation based on team feedback.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Archicad with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Experience with high-end custom residential projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
