Love the ocean and being part of a family? Sam's Chowder House is looking for a new full-time member to join our management team to keep up with our growth. At our oceanfront seafood restaurant in Half Moon Bay we combine delicious fresh seafood with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean! We are looking for someone with FOH restaurant management experience who wants to be part of our team.
At Sam's, your role as part of our management team will be to manage daily restaurant operations, including directing the front-of-the-house service team, conducting daily line-up, training and coaching staff to ensure quality service, interacting with guests, and providing the best service and overall experience possible. You will participate in the overall management of the restaurant, helping to achieve financial goals, develop and maintain our strong team and ocean-friendly culture, and be very involved in guest relations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3+ years management, preferably in a high volume environment
- Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, high energy, and very customer oriented
- Ability to multitask while keeping an even disposition and sense of humor
- Private dining experience a plus
- Must show a stable work history
Base salary range is $75-85K depending upon experience, PLUS BONUSES. Health/dental benefits combined with stable, professional ownership, a respectful work environment, and room for career growth.
