Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef.
Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu development and specials.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Monitor stock levels for your section, ensuring supplies are replenished as needed.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff within your section, fostering skill development.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and equipment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
