Bausch + Lomb is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized high performer with proven project management skills to join our fast-growing organization. Individual will be responsible for providing management excellence to the Patient Support & Services Team, supporting the ophthalmic pharmaceutical business unit.
We are seeking a Manager, Digital Enterprise, Patient Support and Services (PSS) to join our team, focusing on digital solutions for pharmacies and patient support. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize digital initiatives that improve pharmacy operations and enhance patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances pharmacy and patient support services.
- Project Management: Lead and manage digital projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with pharmacies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze digital engagement metrics and user feedback to identify trends and insights, informing future digital initiatives.
- Technology Implementation: Oversee the integration of digital tools and platforms that facilitate communication and streamline operations for key stakeholders.
- Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs on new digital tools and best practices to ensure effective usage and adoption.
- Compliance & Security: Alongside Legal, Compliance and IT, ensure all digital initiatives comply with relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of data security.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize requests and business needs proactively and independently.
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration (Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Sales Training, Analytics, Trade, Compliance, Legal, etc.).
- Strong communication skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Understanding of pharmacy operations and patient support services.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including CRM systems, data analytics, and patient engagement platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.
