We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Manager to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to enhance overall productivity and task management to a large team, enabling us to provide exceptional service to our clients and facilitate the growth of our business. The Transaction Manager will play a crucial role in organizing team activities, handling financial analysis and proposals, collaborating with various team members, and contributing to the marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the team quarterback, facilitating coordination and communication among team members.
- Manage and maintain the calendars of the San Diego team, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of all activities.
- Organize and support the planning of team events.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare proposals to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in various marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of high-quality print brochures and tour books.
- Collaborate with team prepare weekly marketing reports and analyze market statistics.
- Work closely with team to identify and accomplish key objectives on a weekly basis.
- Utilize expertise in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to create engaging presentations and documents.
- Manage submarket aerials and high-level market information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates.
- Work with team to update and maintain competitive sets on a regular basis in order to best to support market analysis.
- Participate in marketing meetings with clients.
- Work with team member to organize and facilitate weekly team meetings
- Process and submit team expense report
- Participate in organizing and conducting open houses/broker events
- Coordinate with property marketing to create high quality brochures and ordering signage for properties
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated high tenacity and enablement to drive productivity and task completion.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry.
- Established relationships with professionals in the real estate industry.
- Exceptional team player and a hard worker, willing to go the extra mile to achieve team goals.
- Critical thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights.
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Possession of a real estate license.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work products.
- Experience in the real estate business, preferably in conjunction with knowledge gained from other fields (3+ of existing experience in real estate).
Estimated total compensation for this position:100,000.00 - 125,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
