Job Title: Bay Area, REMOTE Senior Family Law Paralegal
Compensation: $35 - $50 DOE

Szeto-Wong Law, a boutique law firm specializing in family law and civil litigation, is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Paralegal. Position is full-time and fully remote.
Candidate needs significant experience working as a Senior Family Law Paralegal. The ideal candidate has experience with Santa Clara Superior Court, is able to take initiative on cases, and can complete tasks with minimal handholding. Applicants should be knowledgeable about Family Law protocols and procedures. Seeking highly organized professionals with great attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years as a CA Family Law paralegal with at least 1-year full-time experience with Santa Clara Superior Court
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent written/analytical/oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Trial experience a plus
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of properly managing tasks based on their time-sensitive nature.

Schedule:
